Last WOD Before Competition. If You Come In This Week, Do Something Very Light And Focus On Mobility.

It is a good time to mentally go through the weekend and write a list of things you will need to bring with you, what you will wear,food, water etc. to make sure you will have everything you’ll need. If you do most of your work on Friday night then you can sleep and be less stressed/hurried in the morning.
