Chest To Bar Pull Ups
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
Thruster, 21 reps
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

Hand Stand Practice/Skill Work
Work on holding,walking,negatives,handstand push ups-whatever skill you are currently developing.
The 31 Day Good Carb,Bad Carb, Nutrition Challenge:

Duration: 31 Days May 1-31
Participation: Eat only low glycemic carbohydrates such as vegetables, limit fruit to 2 servings per day and only eat higher glycemic carbs that are paleo friendly such as sweet potato after WODS. All sugar and grains are off limits. The rest of your food intake is up to you but obviously the recommendation is lean meats and good fats to round out your nutritional game.
Scoring: Everyone participating will start the month with 31 points. Every day you comply you keep your point, if you dont comply you forfiet the days point.
The Goal: To fuel yourself for better performance and a leaner healthier stronger body, while keeping the approach very simple.
Whats the prize (besides being able to fly and rock-had abs of course)?
Bushy-First of all, Rock still has abs and he’s in his 40’s. I don’t see how thats a prize for you though…
Second, This is more of a challenge for the greater good. But, I am open to suggestions. If everyone needs to be motivated by a prize send your ideas my way.
I would like the prize to be- a cruise around the Carribean….. but…… Drew will probably win…..hahahaha:)
I think first prize should be shot gun, in the minivan, on the way to the Warrior Dash! 3 hours of pure one-on-one Bushy bliss… should be enough motivation for ANYONE to pull a 31!!!
I’m just happy there’s another challenge. McD’s for supper the other night. I know – GROSS!!! It’s sad that I need a challenge… but whatever works 🙂
Yeah, totally happy there’s another challenge. Had a chocolate bar and cookies (the non-paleo kind) as dinner the other night. I need motivation!
