    What an INCREDIBLE morning at the box today!!!! That pr bell didn’t stop ringing. It was so great to see and hear everyone cheering for each other. Super energy!
    I was so proud of everyone today really getting after that weight.
    Dave S pr’d by 25# for a total of 975. That 1,000# mark is right around the corner. Great work by Andrea and Tom who dropped in from NH. Andrea you were amazing pr’ing on that deadlift by 20#’s.
    John, awesome that you are finding that depth on the squat. Kelly, Sarah, Andrea and Michelle really pulled each through each of those lifts.
