Let’s start the week of with a classic CrossFit WOD…
Body Weight Bench Press
As many reps as you can achieve in each round for 5 rounds. Score the number of reps Rest 3 Minutes between rounds.
If you arent able to do bodyweight on the bench- scale to ring push-ups or floor push-ups. If your toatal reps on pull-ups is less than 50-try to keep going until you’ve achieved 50 pull-ups. The band will be allowed if needed.
