    I did 1000 single unders in my sleep I mean at cross fit….
    This is like you hit cut and paste like a surfer on acid.

    I can’t wait until the day when the double unders click with me. Until then Mark, if a WOD comes up with my name, I’d prefer pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, wall balls, push-ups, KB swings… Okay, almost anything but double unders:)

    great workout today everyone!!! It was fun.. Thanks Bobby and Mark for the great laugh!!! We’re leaving on Saturday.. We’re gonna Crossfit while in Mexico.. With a little Tequila reward at the end!!!!

    Thanks for Jarebear it was tough.
    I got 2 of my goals for Jan 185 c+j and the hand stand push up
    I still want to get the 700 Cross Fit Total So I will do that in Feb.
    I will try to follow the work out when we are down their. But it will have to be a work out without any hands. They will be full with drinks and hot chicks I mean chick
    as in one aaahhh Lets just go with Drinks and Nicky. So lots of Squats and I will try not spill.
    We will post when we are down their we have net in the lobby.

    Felt good about this workout, the biggest thing for me was stringing together the double unders. Phew, I almost thought it was a hopeless cause.

    Liz, way to push through to the end of the workout!
