    CrossFit Mama. It was great to see you push yourself to the extreme. At this rate you will do it prescribed next time.

    Everyone pushed themselves as hard as they could.
    Jane, we all have days where our energy doesn’t cooperate with what our mind wants. You still pulled amazing numbers and I saw you almost keeling over, I think that means you really pushed yourself.

    Sarah and Nicole had secret hand signals for the numbers they were doing on each round.:) Great work girls, next time it’s okay if you want to beat each other.

    Danielle is a sneaky one, she’s just going to surpass everyone in about a month. You did the push press and sdhp prescribed, that’s huge! The box is totally scary, but once you do it there’s no going back.

    Faith and I scored the same, her first time doing it. Her first time using on 14#WB and 18 box. you pushed SO HARD Faith.

    Heather and Kenzie always amaze me with their numbers. I usually have a puzzled look on my face after I hear heathers. Like “What? did she just say that?”

    I can’t wait till next time!!!!!
    Mark, can we do this once a week?

    I agree with everyone, FGB was a great workout. It was awesome to have such a large group show up to face the workout. I love the C3 team!!! The minute I walked through the doors, I began to have the feelings that I do right before a big test, except it was excited anxiousness not anxiety and stress.

    Jane-thanks for being such an encouraging partner. Next time when you say one more, I’ll try harder to get it done:) You put in 110% effort throughout the workout even through pains and frustration. You rock Ninja!

    It sounds like everyone did awesome. I didn’t really have a chance to watch anyone except Jane because once Mark says 3,2,1, go, I just get in my own zone. Occasionally I hear people cheering or encouraging, but other than that it’s just me the workout, and of course the timer. I wish that Tim and I had time to stick around and watch the third group yesterday, I heard that they were pretty amazing!

    Mark, congrats on your score! Sounds like you didn’t rest for a second.
