Amazing job on Half Murph to everybody-of course and Jon and Jared who went Rx’d. Just walking in the door on one of these days says something about your character. It also speaks to the level CrossFit can take people to in just a short time. You guys are amazing!
Sarah and Nicole are kicking but as well in Mont Clair at Guerrilla Fitness. Sarah met Jason “Rhabdo” Khaplan the king of “Fran” with a beautiful 1:53 on film. It is a sight to see!

We will hold a 3 O’Clock class tomorrow (Sunday) In all likely hood this will be a regular time slot, I will keep you updated.

If you don’t feel like doing a WOD but want to come hang out and practice some things come on in.
There is a good chance that this week we will be outside a few times. I will keep my eye on the weather. It was great to be outside today.

    It’s kind of easy to see how far we have all come by yesterdays workout. For myself, i gotta say i enjoyed it, how sick is that? The last run was a total gut check, and although my gut is still there, i finally feel like i winning the war. Thanks Mark and everybody, yesterday was one to remember.

    Wed. night is girls night at my house. Most of us will be in the audience at 6pm at Crossfit to watch Sarah and Nicole put their husbands through it.

    Agreed Jon. Thanks Drew! You 2 Jess! Your running the last lap with me helped ALOT. I am already looking forward to doing Murph again. I would like to shave a couple minutes off. Maybe we can do it again in a month or so?
