    The kid is tough! He would have had more but he just did the 45 ring dips in the ‘Gary’ WOD.

    Nice job Chris!

    I dreamt last night I was doing Fran on the beach, and we were using a 65# oven that we had to balance on a bar for thrusters.

    Work anxiety and Fran anxiety combined 🙂
