But seriously folks, the book is in line with most of the Paleo concepts. It explains (in painful detail) the science and the “why’s” of eating this way, how/why it’s beneficial, and how we’ve come to the modern, Western (bad), diet…
The book is a great source of thought provoking information, if you’ve got the time.
I have been trying to figure out why my knee hurts. Just remembered how falling and rolling off a box might have hurt it. You can stop laughing now Bobby.

Yeah, thanks for yelling and screaming at me towards the end. I love that type of motivation when the going gets tough. Another great workout at C3!
