Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are air squats. The clock does not stop and there is no rest between exercises.
What if there were something that we were all consuming everyday that was effecting our health in a very negative way. There was no nutritional value to it-in fact it took nutrients from our body. It causes weight gain, negatively affects our mood, can age the skin by effecting collagen, dehydrates and constipates those who ingest it-for starters. That would be crazy right-if people knew that, then they would stop eating it-right.
