Double-unders
Sit-ups
Running Team Post WOD
Bike: 6 x 1/4M @90% of best avg. Rest approx. 1 min between intervals
Run: 6 x 200m @ 90% of best avg. Rest approx. 1 min between intervals
C2: 6x 250m @ 90% of best avg. Rest approx. 1 min between intervals

That video is inspiring! If you have the time check out “Turkish Get-Up with Speal and his Wifey” also on youtube. Mark I may stop in for the 9am to work on jump rope technique.
The running team post WOD workout – are we doing all three of those or picking one?

If you are doing this on the Canal and you are not doing the ‘Annie’ WOD do 8 repeats of max effort 1 min with 1 min of rest between rounds.
