    Ok this is about the workout itself.

    As someone new to cross-fit I did todays workout but made a correction to the actual workout as it’s missing an item:

    100 Pull Ups
    100 Push Ups
    100 Sit Ups
    1-10 Throw Ups
    100 Squats
