    May have some spectators but I think that its the same weekend that I am away and several others are in the rowing competition in Barnstable. Everything is looking awesome and the piece on getting open was stellar!

    Ok — so this is totally off-topic—but—

    I had a run in with a couple of co-workers (well… sometimes they work) anyway….there was a shouting match (for the most part I remained silent)…in which I was called many things….
    humph…

    guess what I did…..50 squats!!! One of the guys at work was cheering me on — “you can do it!” Felt like I was in the gym at Mashpee….anyway…I guess my point is….that…just those 50 squats…helped me to NOT react. So Cross-fit is good for the mind as well as the body…

    I guess…this post can’t be as far out as “a car that turns into a suitcase” — Just kidding — I enjoyed reading that post…. anyway…I am glad that I am sore…I am glad that I get tired from “snarl” running…I still can’t walk down the stairs without feeling pain from Friday’s work-out — but…it is soooo worth it….

    T-Good for you! It’s hard to think about anything, but the burn you feel in your quads from doing all those squats!
