4 Rounds For Time

Run 400 meters or Row 500 Meters
20 Burpees

Scale to 15 or 12 Burpees if needed but try keeping it to 4 rounds

This was WOD number 1 from the New England Throwdown in 2008. The first place time was 11:01

As CrossFitters we don’t think of things in terms of ‘impossible’- well neither did this kid.

    Last week C3 Amy very generously donated proceeds of her Active Recovery Class to Haiti relief and recovery efforts total funds donated $375 (Kraft Foods double matched donation), but we can do our part in the Cape Cod community to help Haiti right now as well. Swing by MOCEAN with a case of 24 count water (no sports tops) & $2.50. Ryan (the owner of MOCEAN) is arranging a shipment of water to go directly to Jacmel, Haiti (an orphanage run by the Hands and Feet Project). As soon as he collects the first 560 cases of water the shipment will be delivered.
