I have been asked by a hand full of folks about participating in a 100 push-up for 30 day challenge. I think there is a lot that is good about practicing your weaknesses and chipping away at it-However if you are doing this challenge I would strongly advise you to rest when you need to by taking a day off. Otherwise shoulder pain is inevitable. Don’t try to make up the push-ups from the missed day by doing 200 or 300 the following day plus throw the WOD in there. Recovery-not billions of reps is what makes us stronger-Yes tear off the push-ups- but don’t get hurt trying to get better.
