“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Mary Video- please pardon the music there is an f-bomb at 1:50 in this video but I wanted to post it because there is as varied a group as you will find at an affiliate doing this really intimidating workout with very reasonable methods of scaling.
