    Mark and Sarah…thanks for hosting the CrossFit Endurance Certification! What an amazingly cool weekend. I cannot believe how much this improved my understanding of the mechanics of running, not to mention fixing the issues I had with my form. I look forward to putting all we learned into practice. All I can say is look out Boston 2011!
