No Greg Doesn’t keep beer handy to hydrate with during WODs that is what we called the beer splint. Greg has been on fire and is going to come back strong after his knee recovers. Get better soon Greg!

    Concur, Bill and thanks but all kudos really go to Mark.

    While I was incapacitated, he put on his first responder’s hat, ran out to his car, and retrieved these out of his insulated MURSE that can hold a fully iced down eighteen pack.

    Hey, a guy who gives up his last two beers for a beer splint is the true hero.

    BTW, in keeping with the C3 Paleo lifestyle, the bottles are Redbridge gluten-free beer (and yes, they do work very well).
