    My daughter Jahna joined the C3 basement chapter for a modified version of today’s workout completing the full counts of each exercise!

    This was her first C3 workout ever and in true “basement” fashion, she was cursing Mark’s name by exercise 2 (and as of this writing… still cursing him…)
