ALSO, A few of us are gonna participate in the Marks Daily Apple 30 day primal/paleo challenge. It starts Sept 1st! Some of us are going really strict by doing zone paleo while others are just aiming to stay strict paleo for the duration. If you’re into contests and stuff, the MDA site is offering prizes.
