today i ran for half an hour thru barcelona, then did sit ups and push ups on our back porch. trying to work the red wine out of my blood.
no WOD’s since Wednesday… did Barbara kill everyone?
Monday we are having open gym from 9-11. Mark will post the w.o.d. tonight.
