Chuck has come a long long loooonnnggg way from where he was when he started with us in the spring. In the recent months Chuck has gone from 35lbs on his deadlift to a set of 3 with 200lbs! He has gone from ring rows all the time to some ring rows, but mostly band assisted pull ups. He can now jump rope. He jumps on the box now instead of stepping up. He can do push ups, and as you can see he can now squat with full range of motion-in fact he went from not being able to air squat to squatting 135 for a set of 5. And check out the guns!
