Saturday we will do the first weigh in for the Paleo Challenge. If you cant make
Saturday we will also do weigh ins on Monday.
All weigh-ins are to be done before you work out.
Please drink 2 glasses of water approximately 1 hour before weigh in.
If you have any questions about the challenge please write them down and ask at weigh in.
If you are doing your own Before pictures remember:
You will want to wear the same thing for your after pictures. It is recommended that you wear something that will make your progress obvious, it’s up to you weather you want to wear a bathing suit or not, but wearing the snow suit isn’t going to show off your new six pack in the after pictures.
Take pictures from the front, back, and side. (you are not required to show anyone these pictures just confirm that you did indeed take them)
You will be using the same location for the before and the after under the same lighting conditions-if possible.
