Cannot believe it is the last day of the challenge!!! It has truly been life changing for me- not just the weight loss- I just feel happier and more energized altogether! I honestly think the only thing i might go back to is cream in my coffee- I am not a fan of the coconut milk thing! I have noticed a difference in almost all of my workouts and feel stronger. I too have thrown away my fat clothes- no turning back! Thank you Mark and Sarah for putting this together!

    Erin, you should be so proud of yourself as a self proclaimed “foodie” to make it through the challenge! Congratulations! Maybe you’re in the running to be the big winner!!! Unfortunately, I injured myself somehow (wish I had an exciting story about how it happened but I don’t) and had to drop out of the challenge – can’t do the benchmark WODs. I have stayed paleo for the most part – did have several less than perfect food point days. Learned a lot about myself in the process and know I feel way better eating the real food and not the junk. Lost about 10 lbs – that always feels good 🙂 Looking forward to working out and seeing everyone soon. Miss you all!

    Erin you look amazing…. Yes Drew, you need to be threatened. Jen… get back on track… see you tomorrow. You won’t regret it. Nettie… don’t beat yourself up. You are still doing great. Not finishing the workouts doesn’t mean you didn’t finish the challenge. It is just out of your control. I’m really proud of everyone who finished strong and made this a way a life. You are a strong group. I can’t wait for the party!

    Okay, so I’ve spent the afternoon pondering over my feelings about the end of the challenge and I’ve realized I’m NOT happy about it!!!!! This has been the BEST 90 days of my almost two years at C3!!! It has been amazingly wonderful to have such a large support system…and watching all of your progress and feeling your excitement has been very motivating for me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay with it…if not for yourselves do it for me! Ok, I’m done begging… Now I’ll talk about what I learned 1) for the amount of ‘hidden’ sugar I was eating pre-challenge, I could have instead had a piece of chocolate molten lava
    cake 2) I don’t need any dairy as coconut milk is better than cream (sorry Erin but it is) 3) I am one hell of a paleo chef BUT only when someone else designs the recipe (thank you CF Mama) 4) don’t encourage Bushy…ever

    I also learned that I love the C3 community like family
    and, although I truely believe paleo and CrossFit are the best approaches to nutrition and fitness, the reason I’ve been so successful is more due to all of you! I’m so lucky to be surrounded by so many amazing people! I think we’ve all won this challenge 🙂
