    I have a couple of request for this recipe.

    “Chocolate Chip” cookies

    2 1/2 cups almond flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup coconut oil melted
    1/2 cup honey
    1 Tablespoon of vanilla
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup of chopped nuts (I like slivered almonds, cashews or macadamia nuts
    1/2 cup Chatfields carob chips (endangered species dark chocolate would work well also)
    1/2 cup dried cranberries (sweetened with fruit juice)

    Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix in the rest. Bake 325 for about 11 min.

    Please Note… The Carob Chips and Dark chocolate are both sweetened with beet sugar (YAY) but do contain soy lecithin. If this bothers your paleo conscience than skip this ingredient. It will still be good.

    earning fitness is getting in compromising positions with lax balls and foam rollers.
