That was bad. Glad I didn’t meet lunges until I had a couple months under my belt.
My quads hurt just thinking about it!

Ok, as I was walking into Starbucks, either I forgot or couldn’t lift my foot up, I tripped stepping up on the sidewalk, my legs felt like rubber. You know you’ve had a good workout when you can’t walk afterwards!!! I heard a lot of bad no-no words being used on this WOD (me included) Afternoon classes, have fun!!!
