Tabata Row

Tabata Sit Up

Tabata is 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. This workout is scored by totaling the lowest score from each respective exercise.

In case you missed it in the comments:
So more proof that C3 works. Had a structure fire only a few hours after I had completed the WOD today…figuring I would feel the burn…but to my surprise compared to 100 lb cleans, wearing 75 lb of gear dragging the 2″ line up a hill into the house was a piece of cake. Thanks CrossFit!!!

    On another note – Anyone who is registered for the Warrior Dash and wants to pool to Amesbury – please sign up at the desk at C3. If 8 of us are going up I will drive the space shuttle (our mini-van), if more are going, I will rent a van and it will be about $15/person.
