40 Burpees over your bar. Facing and jumping any way you choose (forward, lateral etc.) is allowed as long as you jump over the bar.

    I had the most fun and experienced the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. It’s all because of C3, the trainers and the people I train with.

    I’m still trying to get the mud out from under my finger nails, but it was well worth it. Was a blast!! Not sure if the highlight was body surfing the last 50ft mud hill, during which I actually ate mud, or getting to sit with Bushy during the van ride home?!
