Then Immediately Sprint 200m With A Sand Bag.
Please Check Your Sand Bag Before You Use It And Make Sure It Is Taped Properly. Please Do Not Slam The Bags Down
If The Sand Bag Is Too Heavy Use A Plate Or Medicine Ball.
