    Hello Everyone! To the triathletes of CrossFit Cape Cod: Your Workouts to do between now and Wednesday are:
    Swim 3:00 On 3:00 Off x 5 Rounds trying to hold 80% effort
    Bike: 5x 2 Miles rest 3:00 Between Rounds try to hold the times within 10 seconds of eachother for each round.
    We still have 5 weeks! Please post to comments if you have your team arranged, also if you are available to be put onto a team and if you can swim, bike or run.

    Mark – does it matter if the bike workouts are done at the gym or on the road? 5 weeks – yikes!!!

    You’ll be better prepared if you do them on the road but feel free to pedal away at C3 if that is your best option!
