Please post to comments if you have your team arranged, also if you are available to be put onto a team and if you can swim, bike or run.
Mark – does it matter if the bike workouts are done at the gym or on the road? 5 weeks – yikes!!!
You’ll be better prepared if you do them on the road but feel free to pedal away at C3 if that is your best option!
