‘Tosh’
Run: 3 x (200m, 400m, 600m)
Work:Rest of 1:1. Rest the exact time it takes to complete each distance in a set. For example, run 200m in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds, run 400m in 75 seconds, rest 75 seconds, etc.

Anyone interested in doing the bike workout for the triathlon training I will be at the canal at 12:00! I am parking at the seafood sams area on this side of the Bridge.
If anyone wants fried clams and dirty martinis I will be at seafood sams at 12:00!!!

over by the green power station in the picnic area- actually further left than seafood SAMs if anyone is coming at noon- I think it is off of freezer rd.
