    Hey everyone. Tomorrow we are starting a P.R board. After each class write if you set a personal record on anything. Every Week it will be erased so make sure you check it and congratulate each other! Try to get up there every week. You can do extra things like run your fastest mile, jump on higher box or get in a smaller band for pullups or ring dips. Have fun with this and challenge yourselves!!!
