The Nutrition Challenge Is Only 10 days away! Here is the list of foods to choose from for the first 2 weeks.  Please read the entire PDF. It is brief, and very relevant to our competition. If you are able to:print it out and use it as a grocery list for the foods you will be using during the first 2 weeks of our 10 week challenge. If you have a friend or loved one that would like to join us for the 10 weeks of the nutrition challenge and classes, please invite them to come to a free introduction on Tuesday or Thursday at 3:30 or 4:30.   We are doing benchmark WODs next week no later than Saturday. I would like to do both WODs on Saturday and announce the teams. Please RSVP for Saturday the 31st if you plan on participating in the challenge. We will make arrangements for everyone to do the benchmarks either way.  For those of you who haven’t signed up for the challenge, remember to sign up before Monday, January 2nd!

    Wanted to mention that the rowing club should schedule a 3k Time trial Saturday, or 5k if you missed last weeks 4k TT.

    I am glad to see you finally came around on the wrestling finishing move names. Hopefully Mongoose wont mind sharing his mens small shirt with me!

    On another note, as i have said i will be away til Jan 2nd, and if possible will do both WODs that day to get in on the challenge, i have already signed up so hopefully that works for you guys

    Mark fruit isn’t on the matrix. Is the list just to simplify it? Or are we only allowed to use that list?
