    Just an FYI, since my candy and sugar binge last week, started strict paleo a week early. Already lost 5 lbs, can fit back into my fat jeans (whew!), and finished yesterday’s WOD in record time. Feel so much better cutting out the crap out of my diet! Yay Paleo!
