Sarah S. Good Knee Position in the Lunge!




On The Minute For 15 Minutes
1 Snatch, 1 Rope Climb.

 Rest the remaining time in the minute if there is any.
Go as heavy as you can on the snatch add or subtract weight each minute. If you miss a snatch just move on to the rope climb, you only get 1 attempt per round. Your score is the total lbs. you snatch and number of rope climbs. If you can’t climb the rope do 7 ring rows.

A score for someone who did 50lbs for 15 Rounds would be  50×15=750 + 15 Rope climbs, or if they did Ring Rows-105 Ring Rows.
