5 Rep Deadlift x 5 Sets Rest as needed Between Sets
Go as heavy as you can with good form-take the time you need between sets.
Saturday we are having open gym at 12:30 and then hosting guest from local gyms for the Open WOD 12.3!
Please weigh out and hand in your scores for the MOANC! The challenge will officially end Saturday at 3:30pm!!! You will have until Monday to hand in your final weigh in-benchmark results, and food journal! We are having a party on March 17th-the theme is Old Hollywood but you can come as anything Hollywood. Please take a ballot from CrossFit Cape Cod-we are putting them out for the community to vote for some sub categories. We hope that everyone will come to the party whether you participated in the challenge or not!
