    I have to say that while I think it’s crazy to set out and intentionally gain a ton of weight, I do think it helped the trainers understand their overweight clients better. We’re not just lazy to be lazy, we’re exhausted because we’re stuck in a vicious circle of the SAD diet and being exhausted. It does affect you mentally and physically. I’m not sure anyone who hasn’t been overweight gets the connection.
